This is to inform that for all shared and reseller hosting server we are going to block the SMTP services by default. This will be a permanent change.

If you are an email service user you can contact the team through support and mention the type of usage, is it for marketing purposes or for official emails? The service executive will whitelist your domain name and enable SMTP explicitly to your account.
