Abuse Complaints, Under Attacks, T&C updated. If any of the hosting accounts or servers get Abuse Complaint the account will be suspended with imminent effect and we will report it to the concerned person through ticket.
The ticket will be valid for 12 Hrs only. If the person did not make a return contact on the ticket within the time the account will be terminated without any notice and will not provide backup also.
Also, the users want to rectify the error, we will unsuspend it for 1Hr and with the time the user should rectify the error and inform us back. Our executive will check it after 1Hr and if not solved, then we will take necessary action and the action should be taken according to the priority of the abuse.
