A free website transfer is provided for all Hostmargin clients. Our technical support team will move all of the content on your website to our servers and make sure that your website is configured properly.
To initiate a website transfer, you need to submit a ticket to our support team via your Client Area. Also, provide the following details in the new ticket:
- FTP Details so we can transfer the files of your website
- Control Panel details so we can transfer the database of your website
Shortly after you submit your ticket, our technical support team will initiate the transfer and update you constantly during the process. We cannot provide the exact ETA on the transfer, but we aim to complete that as quickly as possible, depending on the size of your website.
